Our Story

Every great company has a story. Ours begins thousands of miles away.

In 2018, three engineers returned to Pakistan after delivering some of the world's most prestigious projects in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Having worked on billion-dollar developments, they shared one belief: Pakistan deserved a construction company driven by engineering, professionalism and complete transparency, not conventional practices.

That vision became Gridline Construction, today recognized as Pakistan's only engineer-owned residential construction company. By combining international project-management standards, innovative construction methodologies and modern architectural thinking, we have transformed the way homes are designed and built across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

With 14+ years of international project-management experience, Engr. Mohsin has contributed to Qatar’s most iconic projects, including the FIFA World Cup 2022 Stadiums and the Doha Metro. His leadership drives Gridline’s commitment to innovation and engineering excellence.

Having managed major construction projects for Saudi Aramco, Engr. Rizwan brings 12+ years of hands-on construction-management experience, ensuring every Gridline project meets the highest standards of quality, safety and workmanship.

BSc Mechanical Engineering

With 12+ years in large-scale oil & gas projects, including quality-management roles for Saudi Aramco, Engr. Hammad oversees finance, procurement and commercial operations with a firm commitment to transparency and value.
